I’m excited to present to you MARYJANE - one of my Fabulous 50!

Maryjane is a financial planner, 58 years old from North Brunswick NJ. She’s a mom of 3 and married 31 years and has a dog & 3 cats.

Why create portraits NOW?

I've felt like I've been missing from pictures and I constantly take myself out of the photographs. I don't like the way I photograph. I wanted something to make me feel better and get some ideas on how to photograph better and just sort of insert myself back into the family photos.

What do you want to say to other women who do are considering photography for themselves?

Oh, I'd say absolutely do it. Do it for yourself. I mean if you want to bring a family member go ahead and my choice was to do it for me, and make it about my day, and I'd say go for it. Great experience.

What advice would you give your younger 20 or 30 year old self?

Stop thinking you're fat. Stop hiding from the pictures, and just get out there.

What is still on your bucket list?

My bucket list is more travel than anything, you can't wait till the world opens up again. I want to go back to Ireland and go to do some more traveling to Italy. So, some Europe and UK for now.
