Here’s hoping this finds you healthy and staying safe as we plan for brighter days ahead.

Thans to ALL the Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Professionals, Caregivers, First Responders, Volunteers, Food Service Workers and everyone who is out there on the front line and helping us get through this! 

I don’t know about you but for me the last few weeks have felt at times uncertain, at times inspiring and at times filled with the creative energy of reinvention.

If you feel like making even small decisions has become overwhelming - you are not alone - this is not your fault and it's a real thing - we only have a certain amount of "decision-making credits" to spend every day and when they're gone... decision fatigue sets in!

When all else fails, embrace the crazy.

Give yourself some grace.

Make sure you take some time for you.

Those days are a WIN.

Photo by @bertiegregory | Having recently broken out of the den with its mother, this three-month-old polar bear cub was unbelievably cute. Although it looks small here, it was born much smaller. The polar bear’s active gestation period of just 60 days means cubs come out the size of a squirrel and weigh less than two pounds (one kilogram). This cub seemed to enjoy playing with the snowballs created by its mother as she dug out a hole for them to rest in.
